Who is this course for?
This course is for students taking their Science GCSEs in May 2024.

When does the course start and when do the live lessons run?
Live Lessons start on Tuesday 30th January 2024. Lessons are every Tuesday during term time at 6:15 - 7:00pm. As term dates can vary across the country, my courses follow the Devon term time dates. The weekly live sessions will run during term time and end on May 7th.

Is the course live or recorded?
This course features a mixture of live and recorded elements. Each week during term time there will be live lessons for 45 minutes. These lessons are recorded for replay so if your child misses a lesson they can catch up, or if they want to go over a part of the lesson they can do so using the recording.

Can my child access the course materials at any time?
Yes, course materials, including recorded lessons, are available for your child to access at your convenience on my learning platform.

What if my child can't attend a live lesson?
If your child misses a live session, they can catch up with the recorded version at a time that is convenient for them.

What is the group size of the live lessons?
The maximum class size is 8 students, to ensure personalised attention.

What if I want to withdraw my child from this course?
If you wish to withdraw your child from a course that has started, please notify me by email [email protected] and stop your payments. If you have opted for the monthly payment plan, your child can attend lessons until the end of the month after the last payment was made. For avoidance of any doubt, as an example, if your last successful payment is on 10th of February 2024, then your child can attend lessons and access course materials until the 10th of March 2024. No refunds will be given for resources or tuition fees. If you have opted for the Pay in Full discounted offer, this is non-refundable. If you withdraw from the course you will still have access to the lesson replays and class materials until the end of the programme.
