Hi, I'm Rosie 👋

🧪 I’m a qualified Science teacher (BSc, PGCE, PGDE and working towards my MEd) and have full enhanced DBS and safeguarding training.

👩‍🏫 I’ve been teaching Science for 18 years now and I absolutely love it!

I worked in schools in London, Bristol and Devon for 17 years teaching Science and was also Head of Science and an Assistant Head responsible for Teaching and Learning.

I examine for a number of different GCSE and IGCSE exam boards and have been running my tuition business full time for the last two years.

🌊 A bit more about me, I live in Devon with my 2 kids and husband and I LOVE swimming in the sea whatever the weather!

💚 I love working with teenagers, I love their curiosity about the world around them and I love that science gets to answer these questions for them!

I am absolutely committed to all students having access to a brilliant science education so that they can become life long learners able to make their own exciting discoveries about the world.

FAQ

  • What does this bundle include?

    This bundle covers night before revision for all six papers for their Science GCSEs.

  • What happens in the live sessions?

    The live sessions are led by an experienced Science teacher, tutor and examiner. They include 30 minutes of key content and 30 minutes of modelled exam questions.

  • Does my student need to have their camera or mic on?

    No, I ask that cameras and mics are off during these sessions. If a student needs to ask a question they can use the chat function to write to me.

  • My student can't attend all of the sessions live - does that matter?

    Absolutely not! You can pick and choose which sessions you would like your students can attend. Recordings won't be available, as they're all running the night before the exams.

  • When are these running?

    They are running the evening before each GCSE Science exam, 6:30 - 7:30pm.
